AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a driven Billing Agent I to support invoicing, reporting and analytic metrics for internal and external customers. You will generate invoices, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with the AR department to post and reconcile accounts.

We value attention to detail, teamwork, and strong Excel skills as you help deliver timely billing and measure KPI performance across our global operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equival ent required.
• 0-3 years bookkeeping and accounting preferred.
• 0-3 years transportation and supply chain preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and deliver invoices for customer accounts via KPI metrics.
• Receive, sort and index paperwork in the document management system.
• Work with collections, sales and operations on billing support.
• Review customer TMS billing applications for rejected invoices and correct actions.
• Research and correct billing discrepancies.
• Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports for financials and KPIs.
