Confidential Logistics Supply Chain is seeking a Key Account Analyst to drive efficiency in account management and billing lifecycle. You will collect and analyze shipment data, coordinate with operations, analytics, strategy and finance to ensure on-time invoicing and adherence to customer SOPs.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office required.

Responsabilidades

• Collects and analyzes live shipment data with customers and internal teams to improve order processing and efficiencies.
• Performs daily audits on shipments to verify commercial compliance and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Forecasts and tracks account metrics for quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Supports onboarding and assists with client requests or quality issues.
• Provides cross-functional communication across operations, analytics, strategy, and finance.
