Job summary

Lloyd’s Register Group is seeking a Billing Specialist to join the Contract to Invoice Billing team. You will handle in-service contract setup, service order setup and closure, working with Commercial, Service Delivery and Finance to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires knowledge of invoicing, credit notes, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs, with strong data integrity and cross-functional collaboration. Office presence required five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or related discipline
• Experience in administration, service delivery, billing, order management or operational support
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience in customer-focused environment with SLAs, KPIs and deadlines
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, data integrity in contracts and transactions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams
• Practical invoicing/credit notes processing in an ERP (preferably SAP)
• Ability to read and interpret contract terms and apply to billing
• Intermediate Excel skills incl. pivot tables and lookups

Responsibilities

• Set up, amend and maintain In-Service contracts in ByD
• Process Credit Notes in line with client contracts
• Process invoicing per contracts and country requirements
• Manage pre-billing queries and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accuracy of client requirements and data
• Collaborate with Commercial, Service Delivery, Finance and other teams
