Job summary

Arrive Logistics is expanding its finance team in Guadalajara and seeks a Customer Relations Clerk to support the Accounts Receivable group. You will handle invoicing, document processing, and portal activities with accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with BizDev, Carrier Sales, and CashApp teams, ensuring clean invoicing, RMAs, and problem resolution while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process PODs and related documents for invoicing.
• Resolve NetSuite invoicing failures and ensure invoices are created timely.
• Manage emails regarding customer invoicing and billing issues.
• Create and distribute invoices to customers daily.
• Review and create RMAs for upstream approval.
• Navigate, maintain, and upload invoices to customer portals.
• Check customer portals for invoice status, resolve rejected items, and update aging notes.
