Job summary

Bunge in Mexico City is seeking an Outbound Logistics Analyst to ensure on-time delivery of finished products from tolling partners to customers. You will plan weekly delivery programs, validate new orders, coordinate with freight carriers, and manage documentation and invoicing in SAP.

The role requires at least 3 years in logistics and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field; SAP and Excel proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in logistics and distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, transport engineering, administration or others.
• Desirable Technical knowledge in transportation of food products and liquids.
• Transport and distribution planning all over Mexico.
• SAP and excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the delivery of the finished products to our customers and partners on time in full.
• Elaborate finished product delivery program according to our customers and sales weekly programs.
• Validation of all the new sales orders and deliveries generate all shipments for the daily program.
• Share with our freight carriers the weekly program and ensure transport availability for our weekly demand.
• Generate and share to the transport all the customer and internal documentation for every shipment.
• Follow up on the daily delivery process, transit and delivery with our third-party carriers, manufacturing partners and customers.
• Review all the outbound invoices received from our carriers according to a pre-approved rate.
• Manage and control of all the invoices generated for the outbound operation, including shipment cost accrual assignment on SAP. Ensuring the three-way match (SAP delivery, POD (proof of delivery), freight rate contract)
• Follow up on the maintenance program that our carriers give to the fleet assigned to Bunge.
• Food Safety Responsible for bulk tanks and dry vans, assigned to Bunge Outbound operation.
• Responsible for notifying and giving first response to all possible complaints or non-conformities derived from the transport, unloading or documentation in client or manufacturing partners facilities.
• Responsible for collecting, check and file all the Proofs of delivery for all the outbound shipments.
• KPI´s management and follow up with suppliers and internal team.
