NEG Natural, S.A is seeking an Integration and Customer Service Analyst in Mexico to oversee billing processes and manage onboarding procedures for clients becoming Qualified Suppliers. The role focuses on coordinating payments, invoicing, accruals, and regulatory interactions with authorities.

The candidate should have an engineering background, data analysis skills, strong communication, and advanced English proficiency to support processes across entities within the Alfa and Alpek family.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering preferred (IAM, IME, IMT, IDS, IQ, IF, or related fields)
• Data analysis skills
• Effective communication

• Internship or professional experience in a similar area

Responsabilidades

• Preparing payment requests for suppliers and authorities
• Generating monthly client invoices
• Preparing operational accruals
• Monitoring client consumption
• Following up on procedures with government authorities
• Managing the migration of end-users to the Wholesale Electricity Market
• Developing procedures for ISO 9001 compliance

Educación

Engineering degree (IAM, IME, IMT, IDS, IQ, IF, or related fields)
