Job summary

SAP Mexico is seeking a Next Gen Commercial Operations Analyst for the Value Delivery Hub. The role focuses on supporting the commercial and operational processes, tracking customer data, processing orders, and reconciling billing records.

You will manage support tickets, coordinate tax certificates, and guide customers through supplier registration, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SAP systems is preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools used in the industry.
