Joyson Safety Systems is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage end-to-end billing for our Mexican entities. You will generate invoices in compliance with CFDI requirements, apply payments, and monitor aging to support healthy cash flow.

Collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Tax teams, you will resolve discrepancies, process credits, and assist month-end closes. Prior experience with Mexican tax rules and strong attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in handling accounts receivable processes including invoicing, cash posting and collections.
• Familiarity with CFDI and Mexican tax regulations is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Tax).

Mansioni

• Generate and process customer invoices in compliance with Mexican tax regulations and CFDI requirements.
• Verify billing accuracy including pricing, taxes, POs and customer details.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Tax to resolve invoicing issues.
• Manage invoice cancellations, replacements, credit notes, and billing requests.
• Apply customer payments accurately in the ERP system and reconcile cash.
