Job summary

BP PLC in Mexico City is seeking an External Service Billing Analyst for a hybrid role based in Santa Fe. You will manage centralized billing, review third-party invoices, and input data into the TA eShop to invoice customers and pay providers.

The ideal candidate has English proficiency, a high school diploma (college preferred) and about two years of relevant billing or dispatch experience. The position supports a hybrid schedule with office three days a week.

Qualifications

• High School degree required. College preferred.
• Two years equivalent relevant business experience, preferably in a dispatch/service environment.
• Central billing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Windows-based systems; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receives TA ERA invoices from 3rd party vendors.
• Reviews invoices for accuracy based on estimates.
• Close ERA event in Reach platform; detail Truck Service invoice.
• Issue payment to vendors and upload invoices into TA eShop.
• Submit invoices to customers for PO; create POs in Truck Service System.
• Follow up with vendors on open work orders.
