The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, a completed high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include providing personalized support in English and Spanish, actively listening, and resolving inquiries with empathy.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• High school diploma completed.
• Good typing speed (≥25 wpm) with high accuracy.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and internet tools.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide bilingual customer service and tech support onsite in Mexico City.
• Listen actively and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Deliver accurate information and assist with user issues in the app.
• Maintain a positive customer experience from the first interaction.
