TTEC in Mexico City is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Representative to service and upsell to existing customers, with a focus on Spanish-English communication and a customer-first approach.

The role requires 6 months of call center or customer service experience and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, with on-site work in Mexico City. Open to evenings and weekend shifts, you will navigate multiple web apps and use Microsoft Windows to support customers.

Formación

• 6 months of call center or customer service experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Currently live in Mexico City or immediate surroundings.
• Open availability to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to navigate several web applications simultaneously (multitask).
• Competency using Microsoft Windows.

Responsabilidades

• Close a sale and upsell to existing customers, handling objections and role-play scenarios.
• Effectively handle calls from existing customers and identify all sales opportunities from start to close.
