Intugo is seeking Bilingual Application Specialists to support a U.S.-based Social Security Disability advocacy firm. You will guide clients through the disability application process, ensuring applications are completed accurately while providing compassionate and professional customer service.

Ideal candidates possess advanced English, call center or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong customer service with empathy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Guide clients through the Social Security Disability application process.
• Complete online applications accurately and efficiently.
