Segoso Caribbean is seeking an on-site customer service specialist to handle calls, resolve inquiries, and guide users through our service. You will maintain a friendly, empathetic approach while recording call details and following established procedures.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and experience in customer service. Strong Spanish communication, basic computer skills, and a service-oriented attitude are essential for success.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or a call center (preferred).
• Strong Spanish verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Service-oriented attitude and friendly manner.
• Ability to resolve customer questions and situations.
• Availability to work the established schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer calls and resolve their questions.
• Check and provide information about the available balance.
• Provide support when the service experiences an issue while the customer is using it.
• Guide customers on how to use and operate the service.
• Identify the customer’s situation and provide a solution according to established procedures.
• Record information from each call in the system.
• Follow up on or escape cases that require additional assistance.
• Maintain friendly, empathetic customer service focused on resolving the customer’s needs.
