Intugo is seeking a Client Solutions & Web Support Representative to assist clients with website-related inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service. The role suits someone who enjoys helping customers, communicates clearly, and can learn basic website support processes.

Key duties include handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, and tickets; updating site content; educating clients on products; and performing QA on updates. Remote work from Hermosillo is supported.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Previous customer service or telephone support experience is required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Basic HTML knowledge (recognition only; coding is not required).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook Business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients via phone, email, chat, and support tickets.
• Provide support for website-related questions and requests.
• Update website content, including text, photos, e-mail setup, and basic website information.
• Educate clients on available products and services.
• Conduct outbound calls for client follow-ups, surveys, and support.
• Perform quality assurance on client requests and website updates.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
