As a Training Leader, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, execution, and evaluation of training and development programs for employees. This role contributes to strengthening our organizational culture while ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training, onboarding, and development needs across different areas of the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement training and development programs.
- Coordinate with external training providers, educational institutions, and consultants to maintain and expand the training course catalog.
- Manage training objectives and budget.
- Review and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to training activities.
- Select, develop, and acquire training materials.
- Coordinate and deliver training courses according to the Annual Training Program.
- Measure training effectiveness and follow up through performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate training records and databases, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and certification requirements.
- Document and register training and development programs with the appropriate authorities.
- Deliver onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Support initiatives related to organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality management and environmental requirements related to the position.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development.
Language:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and presentations in English.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing and following up on training programs.
- Experience preparing and maintaining training records and databases.
- Knowledge of training-related legal and regulatory compliance is preferred.
