Job summary

Redial BPO is looking for a Sales Trainer to onboard and develop our sales professionals, delivering engaging training programs that drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will design, update, and customize training materials, facilitate classroom and virtual sessions, and monitor progress with coaching and assessments.

Required bilingual English/Spanish, high school diploma, strong PowerPoint/Office skills, and flexibility to work across schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (English level B2+).
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Experience creating training materials and instructional content.
• Availability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions for new and existing staff.
• Design, update, and customize training materials and presentations.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and feedback.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Develop and administer assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records and reporting.
• Coordinate system access and onboarding requirements for new hires.
• Partner with Operations, QA, and leadership to align training with business goals.
• Support the launch of new campaigns, initiatives, and process updates.
