Landing in Mexico City is seeking an on-site Remote Operations Coordinator to own market readiness, manage escalations, and ensure a world-class member experience from move-in through their next stay.

You will collaborate with hosts and the Member Support Team, monitor KPIs like NPS and CSAT, and maintain strong relationships with property partners while thriving in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Formación

• English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
• Strong customer-first mindset with passion for exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsabilidades

• Own market success by ensuring all units meet move-in standards before a member’s arrival.
• Lead the resolution of customer escalations with professionalism and creativity.
• Maintain relationships with property partners, hosts, and back-office teams for seamless operations.
• Manage and resolve support tickets and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and check-in scores.
