Landing, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a dedicated Member Support Analyst to handle emails, calls, and chats, ensuring fast, accurate responses for our members. You will build strong relationships and develop customer service expertise within a dynamic team.

You will respond to inquiries in English, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and manage issue resolution with hosts and properties, while promoting Landing’s value proposition and service standards.

Formación

• Fluent English (B2–C1) required.
• Must work from the Polanco office in Mexico City.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Available for night shift 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, five days a week.
• 1+ year of proven customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills; juggle multiple tools.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and customer-focused.
• Tech-savvy: Mac, Google Drive and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Landing members.
• Record interactions with clear notes for each request.
• Coordinate member move-ins and move-outs at Landing homes.
• Own resolution of home issues with follow-up among members, hosts, and properties.
• Create and assign tickets to ensure follow-up and great experience.
• Find solutions to meet member needs and retain relationships.
• Communicate the value and benefits of Landing's products and services.
• Provide expert property knowledge to guide members on their Landing journey.
