Landing, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Member Support Team Lead to guide a team of agents in our Mexico City office. You will handle escalations, provide real-time coaching, and ensure exceptional member service while aligning with company standards.

The role requires fluent English (B2-C1), 1+ year as a supervisor in a BPO, on-site work in Polanco, and a schedule from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, five days a week. A 3-month tenure in your current role and a focus on performance growth are essential.

Formación

• English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1).
• 1+ year of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a BPO or call center.
• Available to work 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 5 days a week.
• Ability to work from our Polanco office in Mexico City.
• At least 3 months tenure in current role with a proven track record.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve escalations swiftly while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to agents.
• Monitor and coach calls to improve performance and quality.
• Delegate tasks to maintain efficient operations during peak periods.
• Oversee remote/closed-market tickets and special initiatives with a solutions focus.
