Flix seeks a Real Estate Locator to shape and manage infrastructure across the Mexico region, driving expansion through market analysis, land negotiations, and strategic partnerships. The role focuses on site selection, contract execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accessible, compliant, and scalable infrastructure.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of corporate real estate and commercial expansion experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or similar sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new potential markets and location opportunities aligned with Flix’s expansion strategy.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and closing of contracts for new land or commercial space in predefined strategic areas or field locations.
• Oversee validation of legal documentation to determine feasibility and define strategies for property accreditation and contract execution.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams to facilitate contract finalization.
• Administer and monitor multiple infrastructure and access projects simultaneously (10+).
• Coordinate with Business Partners, Operations, and city officials to address infrastructure or permitting issues.
• Manage contract renewals and administrative processes with accuracy and legal alignment.

The Real Estate Locator

is responsible for shaping and executing both the strategic vision and operational management of Flix’s infrastructure across the assigned Mexico region. It combines infrastructure development, stakeholder engagement, market analysis, and project coordination to support Flix’s expansion goals. The role is key to ensuring site accessibility, long-term planning, and alignment with public and private partners and new potential areas identified through field research.

About the Role

• Oversee the validation of legal documentation to determine feasibility and define strategies for property accreditation and contract execution.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams to facilitate contract finalization.
• Administer and monitor multiple infrastructure and access projects simultaneously (10+), ensuring timely execution and cross-functional collaboration.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate real estate and commercial expansion, preferably in retail, hospitality, convenience stores, or similar sectors, with a focus on site selection, land negotiation, and commercial location scouting.
• In-depth knowledge of land documentation and legal processes (e.g., deeds, lease agreements, property taxes, water services).
• Willingness to travel is essential.
• Fluency in English is required.
