cnx in Mexico City is seeking a Specialist, Partner Success - Bilingual to enable the sales process for channel partners. The role focuses on managing partner relationships, driving sales, and maintaining CRM hygiene in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills and experience supporting sales via channel partners. This is a full-time on-site role based in MEX Mexico City Downtown Insurgentes.

Formación

• English and Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base while providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Promote products and services to a portfolio of strategic channel engagement partners to achieve defined metrics.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly consultative reviews and health checks analyzing our needs.
• Create talk tracks related to customer health and use predictive data to identify at-risk customers.
• Maintain overall health of channel, ensuring high satisfaction levels and utilizing feedback for improvements.
• Manage channel escalations and coordinate prompt, successful resolutions with communication to client and teams.
• Guide calls with channel partners to share best practices and promote channel programs and growth opportunities.
• Create and deliver training to the sales team on insights and the value of products.
