Concentrix in Mexico City is seeking a Specialist, Partner Success to enable the sales process for client products and services in a bilingual capacity. The role focuses on managing channel partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through data-driven health checks.

The position requires English and Mexican Spanish, full-time on-site work, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and CRM data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with channel partners and support the sales team in driving channel sales.
• Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base while providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Promote products and services to a portfolio of channel partners and achieve defined metrics.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews and health checks.
• Create talks tracks related to customer health and use predictive data to identify at-risk customers.
• Maintain channel health and high satisfaction, with feedback-driven improvements.
• Handle channel escalations and coordinate prompt resolutions with clients and teams.
• Guide calls with channel partners to share best practices and growth opportunities.
• Deliver training to the sales team on value propositions and product benefits.
• Manage high volume of customer contacts via phone and email daily.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and updated data.
• May attend vendor events.
