Concentrix is seeking an Associate Sales Manager for B2B sales in Mexico City. You will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, manage strategic accounts, and partner with the Sales Director to ensure customer success and revenue retention.

Responsibilities include accurate sales forecasting, coaching, weekly performance reviews, data analysis, and developing territory plays. English required; Spanish fluency preferred. On-site commute to Insurgentes, CDMX.

Formación

• 3–5 years in a leadership sales role.
• 3+ years in B2B sales.
• 1+ years in BPO is desirable.
• English Proficiency B2+ is required.
• French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast and track sales performance; maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Drive team performance through coaching and weekly reviews.
• Develop strategic plays and territory plans.
• Collaborate with Sales Director and client stakeholders.
