Concentrix seeks a Specialist, Partner Success - Bilingual in Mexico City to enable the sales process with channel partners. You will manage partner relationships, drive revenue, and conduct health checks and reviews to forecast needs and improve performance.

Formación

• Experience managing channel partner relationships.
• Ability to forecast sales and track metrics.
• Experience conducting monthly/quarterly reviews with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with channel partners and support sales through partner programs.
• Improve customer retention and revenue growth with an established partner base.
• Coordinate escalations and ensure timely resolution with clients and internal teams.
• Deliver talks/training to sales teams on partner programs and benefits.
• Maintain high CRM data quality and drive health checks across accounts.
