CNX in Mexico City is seeking an Associate Sales Manager to lead B2B sales teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer success motions across onboarding, adoption, health checks, and renewals. You will forecast sales and coach a high‑performing team, while collaborating with the Sales Director and clients.

Fluent English (B2+ required) with French a plus; willing to commute to our site in CDMX, Insurgentes.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of leadership sales experience.
• 3+ years of Sales B2B experience.
• English proficiency B2+ (must); French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is current.
• Enable the team by removing roadblocks and supporting sales opportunities.
• Monitor and drive team call time, productivity, and weekly coaching sessions.
• Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays for territories.
• Maintain communication with Sales Director and clients to foster relationships.
• Coordinate reporting and forecasting with client contacts.
• Drive achievement of operating, sales, and CPT targets.
