GoLean Health is seeking a bilingual Medical Scheduling & Patient Support Specialist to assist gastroenterology clinics in Texas. The role focuses on appointment scheduling, patient communication, and accurate documentation across two locations.

Candidates should manage 70–90 daily calls, use eClinicalWorks and RingCentral, handle faxing, and provide interpretation support as needed in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Formación

• Experience in medical administration or medical virtual assistance.
• Experience handling a high-volume call environment (70–90 calls/day).
• Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and RingCentral preferred.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to provide interpretation support when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Appointment Scheduling: manage 70–90 calls daily for two Texas locations; schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments; update provider schedules in eCW and RingCentral.
• Fax Management: send/receive faxes; route documents; log and organize faxed files.
• Language Interpretation Support: provide occasional interpretation between patients and staff; ensure accurate communication.
• Outbound Calling: conduct appointment reminders and follow-ups; document outcomes in patient records.
• Patient Text Messaging: send confirmations/reminders; document responses in systems to maintain continuity of care.
• Billing and Payment Reminder Support: contact patients about balances and refer to billing resources.
