Integon, the Mexican division of a major U.S. insurer, is seeking a Loss Drafts Associate III to support loss draft processing and property damage requirements. The role serves borrowers and contractors, guiding claim progress, de-escalating inquiries, and handling disbursement of funds.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication skills. On-site work in Mexico with opportunities for growth and training are provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to written and verbal customer requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Validates documents pertaining to claim.
• Orders and reviews inspection results.
• Requests claim funds when applicable.
• Follows standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks.
• Assists with cross training inbound representatives on borrower follow up queue.
• Updates records and notes in the system.
• Backs up as needed to meet client requirements and SLAs.
• Verifies claim check deposits.
• Processes draws/draw approvals and payee header requests for claims.
