Integon, the Mexican division of The Allstate Corporation, seeks a Loss Drafts Associate III to handle loss draft and property damage requirements. You will process documents, review inspections, and manage claim funds while supporting borrowers and contractors with clear guidance and de-escalation where needed.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and meticulous adherence to procedures, with on-site duties and cross-training support for inbound teams.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Responds to written and verbal customer requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Validates documents pertaining to claims.
• Orders and reviews inspection results.
• Requests claim funds when applicable.
• Follows standard procedural guidelines for tasks.
• Assists with cross training inbound representatives on borrower follow up queue.
• Updates records and notes in the system.
• Backs up to meet client requirements and SLAs.
• Verifies claim check deposits.
• Processes draws/draw approvals and payee header requests.
