Integon, the Mexican division of a leading U.S. insurer, seeks a Loss Drafts Associate III in Tijuana to handle loss draft processing, document validation, inspections coordination, and fund disbursement.

You will support borrowers and contractors, de-escalate calls, and ensure timely claim progress within established SLAs. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English and Spanish skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

• Updates records and note system.
• Backs up as needed to meet client requirements and SLA’s.
• Verifies claim check deposits.
• Processes draws/draw approvals and payee header requests for claims.

About the Role The Loss Drafts Associate lll is responsible for performing loss draft and property damage requirements including processing documents, ordering and reviewing inspections, working loss draft queues and evaluating exceptions.
