Vortex Freight Systems is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager to manage and grow key customer relationships from our Monterrey office. The role requires 60% travel to meet customers, with on‑site responsibilities and regular in‑person visits.

You will collaborate with Business Development and Operations to identify new lanes, monitor LTAs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong CRM proficiency and knowledge of freight services are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, logistics, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in materials, planning, logistics, or purchasing/procurement.
• Proven track record of maintaining and expanding B2B relationships.
• Experience with Mexican customs and international trade regulations is highly preferred.
• Automotive experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain house accounts by identifying opportunities for expedited services, new lanes, and northbound freight.
• Regularly visit customers in person to build loyalty and trust (3–4 times per year).
• Collaborate with senior leadership to address threats and improve service.
• Maintain CRM-driven communication between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service.
• Prepare and deliver OTP and Booking Compliance reports; track LTAs and renewals.
• Travel as needed to meet with clients and support cross-department initiatives.
