Vortex Freight Systems in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage daily invoicing operations across Mexico and Canada. The role requires strong communication with customers and collaboration with internal teams, including the accounting department in Canada. This on-site position in Monterrey runs from 9:00 a.m.

to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break, and includes full training. The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years in billing, strong Excel skills, and bilingual English/Spanish

Formación

• 1-2+ years of billing, invoicing, or related finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for data reporting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and process daily invoices accurately and on time.
• Ensure attention to detail in invoice creation and uploading.
• Maintain and organize client-specific billing requirements.
• Upload invoices to client portals and ensure timely delivery.
• Create reports to monitor and track invoicing processes.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to provide excellent billing service.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the accounting team in Canada.
• Responsible for creating and processing purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Full training offered to ensure success in all invoicing and administrative responsibilities.
