Vortex Freight Systems is seeking a Junior Billing Clerk to manage daily invoicing operations in Monterrey, on-site in the Monterrey office. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication with clients and internal teams in Mexico and Canada.

You will generate invoices, maintain client billing requirements, and upload documents to portals while providing accurate reports and timely billing support. Training is provided to ensure proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (preferred).
• 1–2+ years in billing, invoicing, or related financial role.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data reporting).
• Bilingual Spanish/English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and process daily invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain and organize client-specific billing requirements.
• Upload invoices to client portals and ensure timely delivery.
• Create reports to monitor invoicing processes.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to provide billing service.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service and accounting teams in Canada.
• Responsible for creating and processing purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Full training offered to ensure success in all invoicing and administrative responsibilities.
• On-site role at Monterrey office, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.
