Vortex Freight is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Billing Clerk (Bilingual Spanish/English) to manage daily invoicing operations at our Monterrey office. The role requires clear communication with clients and collaboration with our accounting teams in Mexico and Canada. You will generate invoices, upload to portals, and create reports while maintaining client-specific billing requirements.

On-site hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch, and full training is provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• 1–2+ years in billing, invoicing, or related finance role.
• Strong Excel skills for data reporting and analysis.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with excellent verbal and written skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and process daily invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain and organize client-specific billing requirements.
• Upload invoices to client portals and ensure timely delivery.
• Create reports to monitor invoicing processes.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to provide billing service.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting in Mexico and Canada.
