Your Real Estate Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Real Estate Operations Coordinator to own the CRM and streamline every stage of the pipeline for a US-based investor. This remote role requires hands-on coordination with sellers, contractors, and vendors, plus executive support for the owner.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable on the phone, and capable of building scalable processes in a small team. Remote in Mexico with performance-based bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong phone communication.
• Experience managing a CRM and pipeline for real estate or investments.
• Familiar with Follow Up Boss, BatchDialer, or REI Reply.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM across all pipeline stages and ensure data cleanliness.
• Follow up with leads, set appointments, and move deals toward close.
• Coordinate Spanish-speaking contractors and vendors on active renovations.
• Onboard new subcontractors and manage seller communications in Spanish.
• Provide executive support to the owner and help build scalable processes.
