Job summary

Winning Assistants, Inc. seeks a Bilingual Medical Sales Representative (Dental) to join its remote team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). The role involves outbound calls, lead conversion, and scheduling appointments for a U.S.-based dental group.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in sales, appointment-setting, lead generation, or similar results-driven roles.
• Experience conducting outbound calls and following up with prospective customers or patients.
• Strong ability to qualify, nurture, and follow up with leads.
• Confident and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to professionally handle questions, concerns, and objections.
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable working toward measurable sales and appointment-setting KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion: conduct outbound and cold calls to prospective patients, qualify leads, guide toward appointments, and meet KPIs.
• Patient Communication & Appointment Setting: respond to inquiries, schedule and coordinate appointments, maintain calendars, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• CRM, Lead Management & Campaign Support: keep CRM updated, track outcomes, monitor KPIs, support campaigns and reporting.
