Job summary

NXP Semiconductors Mexico is seeking a development-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist EMS accounts and collaborate with Account Managers across Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. The role emphasizes timely responses, opportunity tracking, and cross-functional coordination to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate will be early-career, highly organized, fluent in English and Spanish, and capable of balancing strategic priorities with urgent requests while driving process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, operations, supply chain, or related business functions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned EMS accounts in partnership with Account Managers.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and requests.
• Track customer opportunities, projects, samples, and key milestones through production.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product Teams.
• Manage sample requests, demand-related escalations, and customer follow-up actions.
• Support Product Change Notifications (PCNs), End-of-Life (EOL) notices, and lifecycle management activities.
• Maintain CRM records, account activity tracking, and business reporting.
• Escalate customer issues and execution risks appropriately.
• Drive action-item closure and ensure commitments are completed on time.
• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and account planning activities.
