NXP Semiconductors is seeking an early-career sales support professional to assist EMS accounts, collaborating with Account Managers to respond to inquiries, manage opportunities, and track milestones. You'll coordinate across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Operations to keep things running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and up to two years of experience, fluent in English and Spanish, with strong organization and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, operations, supply chain, or related business functions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Support EMS accounts by partnering with Account Managers and tracking opportunities and milestones.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product Teams.
• Maintain CRM records and business reporting; escalate issues when needed.
• Drive action-item closure and ensure on-time commitments.
• Participate in customer meetings, reviews, and account planning.
