Job summary

Bison® is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage and support key customers and territories. You will quote, review purchase orders, perform data entry, and support customer portals, while resolving issues related to production orders and providing office-based administration for internal and external customers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in a similar role, with bilingual Spanish–English capabilities and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in a similar customer service role.
• Bilingual Spanish–English; strong written and spoken English required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills; able to work with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer personnel via e-mail and phone.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Operations, Finance and Business Development as needed.
• Prepare quotes, review purchase orders, perform order entry and maintain customer portals.
• Maintain files for quotations, orders, contracts and documents for key customers.
• Create playbooks for unique contractual requirements and communicate with outside sales teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction and align with AMETEK goals and customer needs.
• Schedule cross-functional meetings for issue resolution and recommended improvements.
• Identify opportunities and issues to present to management; ensure compliance with US export regulations.
