Buckland is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison between the company and clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency. The role emphasizes onboarding, order processing, and cross-department coordination in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in customs brokerage or logistics, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong MS Office skills to support import/export activities and customer support tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years in custom brokerage or logistics.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
• Assist with onboarding and administration of new customers.
• Coordinate with intercompany departments for client setup and inquiries.
• Manage bond activities for US Northern Border Brokerage Division if applicable.
• Review orders and monitor fulfillment until completion.
• Maintain organized calendar for meetings and tasks.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Use Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
