Responsabilités

• Act as a role model for customer experience by delivering service excellence and simplifying processes for customers.
• Ensure orders are captured accurately and processed in line with company promises.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating or coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Promote and explain digital services; help customers navigate RS Group websites and online tools.
• Provide quotes based on system data and assist with pre-qualification of customers and leads.
• Support sales offices by handling backup customer calls and maintaining governance over customer accounts.
