Job summary

Logos is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers via phone, email, and chat from our Puebla, Mexico office. You will provide product knowledge and help with technical questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. You should be comfortable with Windows, Mac, and Office applications, and be a confident problem solver who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with product information, questions, and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve billing concerns, and answer product-related inquiries.
• Develop a deep understanding of Logos' products to provide accurate support.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
