Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economy or Chemistry (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years in Customer Service; client focus preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication for internal/external interfaces.
• 1 year experience using SAP preferred.
• Positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced or bilingual English skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders and delivery tracking with accuracy.
• Record customer orders and changes, and schedule deliveries.
• Maintain SAP documentation and update databases.
