GKN Sinter Metals Mexico in Guanajuato is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships to deliver a positive service experience.

You'll collaborate with sales, production, and logistics, update CRM records, and provide product information while ensuring accuracy and timely communication in English and Spanish.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration) is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (required due to location).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to empathize with customers and effectively de-escalate difficult situations.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make sound judgments.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders, provide order status updates, and manage any changes or cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the customer service department.
