TTI, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I for our Global Resource Center in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role provides support to internal stakeholders and directly assists the GRC MX branch team.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required to communicate with customers and colleagues. You will verify orders, provide order status updates by phone and email, coordinate issue resolution with Sales, and help maintain professional relationships with callers while contributing to efficient

Formación

• 2 years of experience in customer support or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Spanish.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn company systems.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide order status information via phone and email.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales and customers.
• Maintain professional rapport with clients.
• Support Sales with quotes, stock checks, and delivery details.
