TTI, Inc. in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I to support our MX branch team and ensure accurate, on-time order delivery.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and involves coordinating with Sales, handling inquiries, and maintaining professionalism with clients. Responsibilities include processing quotes, updating customers on order status, and assisting with returns and replacements.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of experience in customer support or similar role preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required with strong verbal and written skills.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Provide order status information by phone and email using the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales Representatives and customers.
• Collaborate with Branch to maintain effective remote communication.
• Attend branch meetings or discussions via live chat, video, or phone calls as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients.
• Assist with processing quotes by stock checks and delivery details.
• Prepare and review order confirmation files.
• Support Sales Representatives by returning calls, sending samples and literature, and handling returns and replacements.
