Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer concerns, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible
• Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system, ensuring clear communication and seamless handoffs if necessary
• Collaborate closely with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
• Continuously strive to exceed performance targets and uphold quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization

Requirements
Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced English level
• Ability to take a full-time job and work 100% on-site at Balcones Coloniales, Querétaro
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software as needed
