Job summary

Copeland in Reynosa, Mexico is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support the customer service and sales teams as an escalation path and to process orders. You will work closely with manufacturing plants and distribution centers to ensure accurate orders, on-time shipments, and clear communication with customers and the sales force.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication and computer skills, and familiarity with Oracle and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customer service and sales as escalation point.
• Process orders, enter data, and update shipping and delivery information.
• Coordinate with operations, shipping, materials, quality and scheduling to meet customer needs.
• Ensure accuracy of orders in Oracle and keep customers informed of shipment status.
