Job summary

RS Group is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative in Monterrey to facilitate orders and resolve issues while maintaining a strong customer experience. You will help customers navigate RS Group online tools and promote digital services, working closely with Sales to support growth and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience; bilingual English/Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish in verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with colleagues to get things done.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Desirable college education or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion a service excellence belief to make work easy for customers internally and externally.
• Ensure orders are captured to the highest quality standards.
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with other departments and addressing root causes.
• Become expert in navigating RS Group websites and promoting value-add services.
• Provide help to customers in online journeys and educate on digital services.
• Provide quote information based on system data.
• Pre-qualify customers and identify leads for growth potential.
• Provide backup support for customer calls from Sales offices.
• Ensure accounts are handled with strong governance for support.
