Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Agent, Semibilingüe, based in Mérida. The role interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet, providing service support and resolving routine questions with a human-centered approach.

The position requires a High School diploma, 6 months call center experience (preferred), and an intermediate to advanced level of English. The role is full-time and based on-site in Mérida.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months minimum of call center customer service experience (desired).
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
