Hexaware Technologies in Monterrey, Mexico, is hiring a Customer Care Executive for an on-site role in downtown Monterrey (Centro Cuauhtémoc). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Monthly base salary: MXN 15,000–16,500 plus MXN 1,069 in food vouchers, MXN 220 company bonus, and standard benefits. You will provide full customer support, probe to identify root causes, stay calm with upset customers, and turn detractors into promoters.

Formación

• Advanced English skills (B2+) required.
• High School Diploma required.
• 0–12 months call center or customer service experience a plus.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; active listening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full customer support regarding any concern or request.
• Probe to understand the root cause of dissatisfaction to tailor a solution.
• Remain calm and patient with irate customers, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
• Convert detractors into promoters.
